I’m transferring all my balances from my 2 cards I have with them (approx. 30,000). It seems as if they are holding my payments and posting them late, so my interest rates hike up to 29%. I set up my payments to be made through my bank, which I have been posting them about a week before they are due. Both my card payments were a day late (something seems a little fishy to me).

In nov 2006 I received a credit card with a $3000.credit limit. I charged about $1000. on it when they froze the card saying I had asked for a credit increase which I did not. I always pay more then the min payment but yet 1year6months later I still show a balance of almost $900. They are charging me over 25% interest per month.Can I do something about this. I tried to work with bank of america but to no avail.
